Getting Your Email While On the Road - Web-based Email Access

Open Road Hosting provides browser based email access through a program called Neomail.  You can access your email using most browsers.

What you will need

You will need your username and password and your browser connected to the Internet.

Step 1 - Goto the Neomail access site.

Step1A - Enter the following into your Internet browser address input box:   www.mynewsite.com/neomail

Step 1B - The Neomail login dialog box will appear.  Enter your username (the first part of your email address) and your password.

A list of your emails will appear and your will have access to a menu at the top of the browser display.

The menu items are as follows:

Select a different folder to view.

Compose a new email message.

Refresh the list of email messages.

Set user preferences.  Here you can create a signature that will be automatically appended to email message created in Neomail.  You can also setup the mail-from and reply-to email addresses.

View Address book.  Here you can create a list of email addresses that you can use when composing email messages in Neomail.

Add and delete folders.

Empty trash.

Logout of the current session (you will be automatically logged if there is no activity for too long).

Select the email messages that you want to move by checking the box next to each message.  Then select the folder you want to move message to.  Then click on the "Move" button.
